We want to make getting your new jewelry as seamless as possible. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $7.00. To celebrate your larger hauls, we are happy to provide complimentary shipping on all orders over $100.

All orders include tracking so you can follow your jewelry's journey from our studio to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

At Lunar Rabbit Studio, each piece of jewelry is crafted with heart and care. While our designs and premium materials remain consistent, every piece is inherently one-of-a-kind. Natural crystals are forged over millennia through unique geological processes, ensuring that no two stones are identical. Each creation possesses its own distinct character and soul—a singular treasure destined to resonate with your own unique energy.

We believe that when you love and cherish your crystals, they return that devotion with positive energy and vibes. However, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece. If something isn't quite right, we are here to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Return Eligibility

We offer full refunds for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: The jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging.
  • Feedback: While not required, we would love to know the reason for your return so we can
    continue to improve our craft.
Quality Issues & Return Request

Crystals are gifts from the earth and can be delicate. If your jewelry arrives with a quality issue or was damaged during transit, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package.

To resolve:

  1. Email us at hellolunarrabbit@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and a brief description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
  3. Our team will reach out to you directly to find a solution, whether it be a repair, or refund.
  4. If return is needed, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. For eligible local and domestic returns, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
  5. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.
Return Shipping Rates

We aim to keep returns simple. Shipping costs for returns are structured as follows:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, a full refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
